This Privacy Policy is provided by GORA Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 3126 John P Curci Dr, Ste 3, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, United States ("GORA", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
It covers (1) this website, www.gora.group, and (2) GORA Local, an internal application used only by GORA Group and its affiliated companies to archive and organize the company's own business e-mail.
1. This website
The website is informational. It has no user accounts and no contact forms. If you write to us by e-mail, we use your message and address only to reply and keep a record of the correspondence.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
2. GORA Local — Google user data we access
GORA Local is not offered to the public. With the explicit consent of the account owner, it connects to Gmail accounts that belong to GORA Group and its affiliated businesses using the Google OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly— read-only access to messages, attachments and labels.
The application cannot send, delete, modify or label e-mail. We do not request access to contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google service.
3. How we use the data
Gmail data is used only to provide internal business functions for the company that owns the mailbox:
- keeping a complete archive of the company's business correspondence and attachments;
- making that archive searchable for the company's owners and authorized staff;
- organizing messages (for example: invoices, contracts, supplier correspondence, marketplace notifications) and alerting the owners about important business notices.
We do not use Gmail data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals for marketing.
4. Limited Use
GORA Local's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- data is used only to provide the features described in section 3;
- data is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to users;
- data is not used or transferred for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising;
- humans do not read the data except with the account owner's affirmative consent, for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Gmail data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Any automated classification is performed by software running on servers controlled by GORA Group; Gmail content is not sent to third-party AI providers.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers owned and controlled by GORA Group in the United States. Access is restricted to authorized company personnel. OAuth credentials are stored with restricted file permissions and are never shared. Connections to Google use TLS encryption.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share Gmail data with third parties. Data may be disclosed only if required by law or to protect the rights, property and safety of GORA Group.
7. Retention and deletion
Archived e-mail is kept for as long as the company needs it for business and legal record-keeping. The owner of a connected mailbox can at any time:
- revoke GORA Local's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions — new data stops being collected immediately;
- request deletion of the archived data by writing to [email protected]; we delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Children
This website and GORA Local are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, write to [email protected].
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
